Founded and led by As It Is Arts founder & artistic director, Lol O'Connor, this gathering in warm comradeship of men 45+ with lived experience of mental health and/or social isolation challenges joins together on Tuesdays, 11am-12:30pm, to learn and sing traditional sea-shanty songs, incorporating participant-devised lyrics.
